Language Courses
The Central Asian Seminar offers students the possibility of learning various languages from the region, including:
Azerbaijani
Dari/Persian
Kazakh
Mongolian
Pashtu
Tajik
Tibetan
Uyghur
Uzbek
As a general matter language courses are divided into three units—beginner, intermediary, advanced—each of which takes one semester to complete.
Students also have the possibility in the summer semester of taking part in language schools several weeks in length, as well as intensive courses, in the relevant Central Asian countries.
