About the speaker:
Hilaria is a Journalist and a Digital Communication Specialist. She is currently based in Juba, South Sudan as a Digital Communication Officer for the UNDP - United Nations Development Programme. She has worked with different organizations working for Children Rights, Environment, Tax Justice and Gender Equality in The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Nepal and South Sudan.
